Hello Fellow Students and welcome to this post on Emergencies and Plans.
During the past couple of days I have receive many comments to my blog, for which I thank you all, however an unforseen emergency has taken me away from my commitments to Alex Jeffrey’s course these past couple of days. This post is a little lengthy, however I have decided this is the best way to respond to all comments made during the past 48 hours.
In lieu of this emergency I have done 2 major things to overcome this. Post this blog and write an article on Emergencies and Plans. What’s the point of letting a good opportunity pass me by? Emergencies happen and addressing this situation in the form of an article is something that can help all of you. So head on over to my Articles section and you can read that entry there.
For those of you that have been following my journey, you will know that I have talked to you all about Emma my boycat. Normally it is my mischievous little boycat that is always into some sort of antic or another, however this time it is not my he/she cat that has been up to tricks.
This time it was her mother Rosie Girl that saw me furiously working my mobile phone until I just about wore the numbers of the keypad!! Rosie Girl had burrowed herself up under my kitchen sink so that I could not reach her. She did not appear for her usual breakfast and as the day progressed I was niggled that she had not appeared. I knew that she was burrowed up under the sink because she had done this before, but what I did not know was that was sick, hurt and injured…..that is until I went looking for her some hours after she still had not eaten her breakfast.
Anyway I will finish the story later. It has been a long day with my kitchen being destroyed to get her out and an emergency trip to the hospital. For now, let me address your comments Fellows Students. You see part of emergency planning means thinking outside the square so I decided that I would post a blog to address ALL comments that have come in over the past 48 hours.

Answers to Remaining Comments from Fellow Students
Nigel Yip……My visit to the beach didn’t eventuate. As for my glasses; Man are they funky!!! Just like Cols. They are colourful, unique and lots of fun, so I hope you don’t mind Nigel that I decided to not go for the Glass Geek look. Ha ha h
Gary Simpson… I’m watching you!! Telling me that you like my writing isn’t going to win me over completely you know. And saying that you are getting your mum to write your content…..mmm…well I think you might be just trying to trick me! So guess what……I am not going to believe you…..so there!
Austin Delaney….I guess I shouldn’t tell you that it’s currently 5am!! I can’t help it. That’s what commitments, focus and dedication is all about. Rescheduling, planning and emergencies have sure thrown my timing out the window!!
Rest of Remaining Comments ..Please understand it is late, I am tired and within a few short hours I must be back at the hospital because there is more to this story and it isn’t so happy……
Rosie Girl is currently in intensive care at the animal hospital with spinal cord injury and paralysis of her hind legs. She can not walk and the cause is unknown. X rays have shown that she has no apparent injuries and is otherwise healthy as far as the vet can see. She has not been hit by a car and she has not been attacked by another animal.
For now, she lays in the hospital having been given heavy pain relief. Emma boycat is looking for her mother and Jack his brother struts around as though he doesn’t have a care in the world!! Mollie and Lizzie my two little Girl Dogs happily wag their tale as always, running around and playing games.
My tears stopped long ago, as I strongly reigned in focus and control, but fatigue is taking over so I will say good night and thank you all Fellow Students for reading this very long post if you bothered to read to the end of this journey that is not particularly one that I would call happy.
To end on a positive note, I will say that through adversity there is always opportunity and as I said earlier I chose to look at the opportunity through the emergency and quickly whipped out my training manual on SEO and continued to while away the endless hours learning and progressing as I failed forward, to quote the words of our esteemed teacher Mr. Alex Jeffreys.
